Unfortunately, we do not repair printers.
Unfortunately not. Our process is that you must check your device in and work in order of when it was checked in. We do have an express fee of $75 which makes your device the next one in line.
Currently, we do not offer classes on building a PC. However, that is something we are planning on in the future.
Diagnostics (finding the issue) are 2 - 3 days. Repairs typically take an extra 1 - 2 days after the diagnostic. (These estimates are for most cases, however there are some cases that may take faster or longer.) Some situations that take longer are:
1) Repairs that require us to special order a part and wait for shipping. (May even take up to a month, depending on the manufacturer)
2) Cases that require long scans or testing.
Currently, we do not offer over-the-phone or online remote support. However, it is something that we are planning on in the future.

There aren’t much computer stores around anymore. I am grateful that Central Computer is still exist. I’ve driven by this store several times but I’ve never been inside and I hope to swing by one of these days.
